Future Secure AI is hiring a Platform Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, definition, and delivery of long-term platform initiatives across developer tools, API infrastructure, data systems, and engineering productivity
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, security, architecture, and operations teams to manage cross-team dependencies and remove obstacles to progress
  • Work closely with product and engineering leaders to convert strategic objectives into actionable technical specifications, ensuring scope clarity and technical viability
  • Identify potential technical challenges, resource limitations, and architectural shortcomings, providing leadership with clear assessments and proposed solutions
  • Develop and present regular program updates, milestone summaries, and funding reviews for executive leadership
  • Establish and refine operational cadences including sprint planning, roadmap evaluations, architecture governance, and release oversight
  • Engage with engineering and product stakeholders to promote understanding, integration, and use of platform services across internal teams
