Responsibilities
- Serve as a guardian and continuous improver of the current developer platform.
- Sustain and advance a cloud-native infrastructure environment.
- Enhance self-service features so development teams can independently manage their resources and workflows.
- Replace manual operations with automation to minimize repetitive tasks, boost system reliability, and accelerate development cycles.
- Maintain strong observability, scalability, and security across platform updates and expansions.
- Proactively track and manage infrastructure performance to align with operational demands.
- Guarantee uninterrupted service operation and system integrity at all times.
- Take part in a paid on-call schedule to support system stability.
