Responsibilities
- Manage and provide ongoing support for live AWS environments spanning multiple accounts.
- Ensure reliable operation of core AWS components such as compute instances, networking configurations, storage solutions, identity and access management, and shared platform services.
- Implement and oversee patching workflows using Ansible where suitable.
- Address alerts, incidents, and performance issues related to infrastructure systems.
- Track platform performance, uptime, and resource capacity using CloudWatch and centralized observability platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving compute resources, network connectivity, storage systems, or access permissions.
- Engage in incident response efforts, conduct root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and refine Infrastructure as Code templates using Terra游戏副本 and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Utilize Ansible for system configuration, operational automation, and standardizing changes such as OS settings, agent deployments, and tooling.
- Minimize manual interventions by bringing legacy infrastructure under version control.
- Deploy changes via structured CI/CD pipelines and formal change control procedures.
- Uphold security policies and governance requirements across all AWS accounts.
- Administer IAM roles, policies, and enforce least-privilege access principles.
- Automate security baselines and configuration standards using Ansible when applicable.
- Assist with audits, compliance validations, and security assessments.
- Handle log collection and management for operational support, troubleshooting, security monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Keep infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks current and accurate.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure environments remain organized, consistent, and maintainable.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, and traceable.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, security, and application teams to meet platform demands.
- Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance on infrastructure matters to engineering groups.
