Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-value experiences for founders and the community, both online and offline, ensuring timely and relevant support.
- Plan and execute events such as Founder Summits, dinners, masterclasses, university initiatives, and ecosystem events, handling logistics and on-site coordination.
- Track timelines, manage budgets, maintain systems like CRM, coordinate founder onboarding, improve workflows, and support tight operational processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading technology partners, helping portfolio companies access relevant tools, resources, and opportunities.
- Support founder communications and community storytelling through newsletters, social media, Slack, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and continuously evolve how the platform team operates.
- Act as a force multiplier by supporting the Director of Platform on broader projects while independently owning initiatives, and collaborating with Operations, Finance, and General Partners.
Requirements
- A few years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as startups, venture capital, community or ecosystem roles, or early-stage operations.
- Hands-on approach, attention to quality and detail, and desire to work closely with ambitious founders and operators.
Nice to Have
- Experience running events, managing partnerships, or building communities from the ground up.

- We work in a flexible hybrid setup, but since a big part of this role is creating great in-person moments for our founders and community, we expect you in the office regularly and especially during founder events and community initiatives.
