NKT is seeking a Planning Specialist to join our team at NKT | Cable Solutions, a leader in high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage cable systems. In this role, you will support production planning and process optimization, ensuring alignment between our commercial portfolio, production capacity, and material requirements.
What You'll Do
- Support the creation and monitoring of the production plan.
- Follow the commercial and production order portfolio.
- Analyze and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Control and manage the raw-material MRP.
- Identify and propose improvements to the planning process.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Office tools at user level.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic SAP knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.

- Previous experience in planning or process improvement.
