We are hiring an experienced Planning Incharge / Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil) for reputed Company in Saudi Arabia Job Description · Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. · Prepare project baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource-loaded schedules, and project milestones. · Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path activities. · Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions and recovery plans to meet project deadlines. · Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, manpower histograms, and productivity reports. · Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Construction Teams, Consultants, and Clients to ensure accurate project planning and execution. · Review contract requirements, project scope, and deliverables to establish realistic project schedules. · Conduct critical path analysis and evaluate project risks impacting project timelines. · Track manpower, equipment, and material resources against project schedules. · Prepare look-ahead schedules and monitor short-term and long-term project objectives. · Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates, schedule forecasts, and project performance analysis. · Support project management in budgeting, forecasting, and project control activities. · Ensure compliance with client requirements, company procedures, and project specifications. · Maintain project records and planning documentation throughout the project lifecycle. · Coordinate with procurement and engineering departments to ensure timely availability of materials and drawings. Preferred Skills · Primavera P6 Certification. · Experience in large-scale civil, infrastructure, industrial, or building construction projects. · Knowledge of project control techniques, earned value management (EVM), and cost monitoring. · Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or similar project requirements will be an advantage. Job requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering + Primavera. · Minimum 5–8 years of core planning experience in Saudi Arabia within construction and civil projects. · Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6. · Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, monitoring, and project controls. · Knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution strategies, and resource management. · Experience in preparing recovery schedules, baseline schedules, and project performance reports. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. · Familiarity with EPC, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or building construction projects is preferred. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
