About the Role
The role involves leading strategic media planning, managing a team of directors, and ensuring alignment with client objectives through data-driven, integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional media planning efforts for a portfolio in dermatology and healthcare
- Supervise the creation and implementation of strategies across European markets
- Manage and guide a team of senior planning leads
- Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and ongoing professional development
- Design comprehensive, data-driven strategies spanning digital, traditional, and new platforms such as connected TV, BVOD, and AI-powered tools
- Ensure all planning activities support business goals and measurable outcomes
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Offer strategic direction by turning market intelligence into actionable planning insights
- Monitor campaign results and establish clear performance indicators
- Lead optimization initiatives and conduct detailed post-campaign evaluations
- Promote innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and shifts in the industry landscape
- Work closely with internal departments, regional teams, and outside partners to ensure scalable, consistent, high-quality delivery
