Responsibilities
- Create a safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates program tailored to each client's goals to sustain their motivation and progress.
- Perform initial complimentary client assessments and goal-setting to propose a suitable Pilates training plan.
- Teach private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
- Collaborate with the Pilates Manager to develop your client base from our membership and ensure your success.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to client management.
- Partner with other club departments to provide members with a well-rounded experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all Equinox members and guests.
- Maintain consistent and frequent client engagement to help them achieve results and goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Keep the studio and equipment clean.
