Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews with doctors to gather contact details and insights into their future career goals
- Make outgoing calls to physicians to discuss potential practice opportunities
- Engage with medical residents and fellows through professional social media channels
- Educate physicians about available career development tools and resources
- Respond to incoming calls from physicians, healthcare facilities, and administrative staff
- Operate independently to fulfill daily and weekly targets for call volume and completed interviews
- Maintain a daily output of 80 to 100 phone calls
