Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialized modalities
- Educate patients and families on recovery, home exercise routines, and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as patients improve
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain documentation compliant with HIPAA and state and federal regulations, using AI tools to reduce paperwork

Compensation
