STAR Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (Sango)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of patients' physical condition, including mobility, strength, posture, balance, and ability to perform daily tasks.
• Create and carry out personalized therapy plans based on patient evaluation findings.
• Keep precise documentation and generate required reports following established facility protocols.
• Communicate professionally with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
• Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, Athletic Trainers, and trainees during patient care activities.
• Ensure all supervised staff follow treatment plans as defined in the initial therapy evaluation.
• Support the development of therapy programs and engage in learning opportunities for ongoing professional development.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives as assigned by the Clinic Director.
• Follow state practice regulations and uphold the ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association.
