Responsibilities
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer positions to evaluate candidates' coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop and refine interview questions and assessment techniques to ensure they meet the specific needs of the PHP developer roles.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on candidates' technical skills and potential cultural fit to the hiring managers and recruitment team.
- Stay updated with the latest PHP developments and frameworks to maintain a high standard of technical interviewing.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in PHP development, including a deep understanding of popular PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to provide unbiased and helpful feedback to candidates.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
