Responsibilities
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers, as well as product managers and designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Convert user requirements into well-organized, tested backend logic and API interfaces.
- Develop clear, sustainable PHP code using up-to-date methodologies and tooling.
- Engage in peer code reviews and apply feedback to enhance code quality.
- Support codebase improvements through refactoring to boost performance and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of professional PHP development experience
- Solid analytical ability with a foundation in algorithms and data structures
- Deep knowledge of best practices in web development and database design
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and principles
- Experience designing or integrating modern RESTful APIs
- Background working on high-traffic, scalable web applications
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
Nice to Have
- Proficiency with PHP 8.0 or later versions
- Experience practicing Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
