Responsibilities
- Manage product registration submissions to BFAD in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit documentation for product licensing and government approvals, maintaining awareness of regulatory updates.
- Respond to product-related inquiries and handle customer complaints.
- Advise the Marketing and Product Management teams on health-related content and compliance matters.
- Write and maintain health-focused articles for the company newsletter and website.
- Collaborate with the Ethics team to verify product claims used in social media, marketing materials, and merchandise.
- Review and verify technical accuracy of product labels, formulations, and printed content.
- Deliver product training sessions and support company events as needed.
- Oversee the retention and management of product samples from incoming shipments in coordination with Warehouse and Logistics.
