Banco BV is looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to pioneer advanced AI applications that transform financial services. You will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to leveraging AI to create impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable generative AI models and systems
• Lead research initiatives to apply the latest AI advancements to financial use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
• Establish best practices for AI model development, testing, and monitoring

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Proven track record in developing and deploying generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) in production
• Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
