Responsibilities
- Manage personal training business operations
- Develop and sustain an active client base
- Maintain an accurate schedule including client appointments, meetings, and open availability in internal scheduling systems
- Promote and sell personal training programs to members and clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products
- Deliver service and hospitality to members
- Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
- Engage with members to improve their workouts and overall club experience
- Design and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
- Keep the fitness floor organized and safe during shifts and sessions
- Pursue professional development opportunities
- Attend continuing education classes to enhance knowledge and qualify for promotions
- Participate in required one-on-one or team meetings with management
