Responsibilities
- Create individualized exercise plans based on client goals and evaluations
- Show proper exercise techniques and correct form as necessary
- Monitor client progress through the Svetness Fitness App, recording session notes and reassessments
- Keep a consistent schedule for client appointments
- Commute to client locations, with travel time up to 45 minutes
Requirements
- Hold a current personal trainer certification accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- Possess an up-to-date CPR/AED certification
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills
- Have basic knowledge of nutrition to advise clients on healthy practices
- Be comfortable with diverse training methods and equipment
- Be physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Bring essential personal training equipment as needed
- Have reliable transportation for traveling to client locations
