Responsibilities
- Initiate initial contact with clients following case assignment to provide updates and support
- Explain the reduction process thoroughly and in clear terms
- Accurately record all phone interactions, case developments, and document uploads in the digital case management platform
- Ensure legal releases are correctly connected within the Litify system
- Verify the status of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits for each case
- Confirm financial damages using a comprehensive list of treatment providers
- Validate outstanding amounts on medical accounts
- Engage in negotiations with healthcare providers to reduce medical bills
- Issue reduction letters and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain consistent client communication, responding to inquiries at least every two weeks
- Conduct regular case evaluations and self-reviews to ensure productivity
- Create and track weekly performance and case projection reports
- Answer incoming calls, screen callers, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Take detailed messages and manage call forwarding to voicemail when team members are unavailable
- Log all phone activity and upload relevant files into the digital document system
- Assist office staff with clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and organizing files
- Sustain regular contact with clients and respond promptly to their questions
- Secure insurance coverage details promptly to support case processing
- Monitor medical treatment timelines and verify ongoing care
- Request and collect medical records and billing documents from providers
- Interact with insurance companies to update treatment progress and adjuster details in the system
- Carry out additional administrative and case-specific tasks as needed

- Full-time commitment required, consisting of a 40-hour workweek with two scheduled days off
- Occasionally, business demands may require working one day on the weekend
- This position is classified as an independent contractor role
