Responsibilities
- Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions
- Open new checking and savings accounts
- Educate clients on available banking services and products
- Meet sales and service performance goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accuracy in account records
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow compliance and regulatory procedures
- Promote credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Ensure secure handling of cash and sensitive data
- Build long-term client relationships
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards
- Support branch operational tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive customer experience
- Stay current on product updates and rate changes
- Uphold confidentiality of customer information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics
- Assist with new customer onboarding
