Responsibilities
- Own, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads - Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping
- Build high-performing acquisition funnels for leads and conversions across multiple client accounts
- Test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers relentlessly to drive lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and stronger Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Brief and collaborate with our creative team on scroll-stopping ad visuals and copy - you know what makes a conversion creative and what doesn’t
- Build and manage audience targeting: custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and retargeting across Meta and Google
- Scale what works fast. Cut what doesn’t. No attachment to campaigns that aren’t delivering.
- Monitor ad budgets daily - pacing, bids, spend efficiency, and return at every level
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages
- Track ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates across all accounts - and act on the data, not just report it
- Produce clear, insightful performance reports for clients - translating numbers into strategy, not just dashboards
- Identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses across accounts and bring proactive recommendations to the team
- Stay current on Meta and Google platform updates, new ad formats, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Scale proven campaigns: build retargeting sequences, upsell funnels, and automation once performance is validated
