Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and refine paid search and social media advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Oversee the allocation and performance of monthly digital advertising budgets in the six-figure range
- Work closely with outside agencies on campaign planning, implementation, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain audience targeting strategies, campaign segmentation, and keyword inventories
- Improve conversion rates by optimizing landing pages and user journeys in coordination with web development teams
- Establish systematic A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, messaging variations, and promotional offers
- Track and analyze campaign results, delivering consistent updates on return on investment and lead quality metrics
- Coordinate with analytics and customer relationship management teams to ensure proper data tracking and attribution modeling
- Explore and evaluate potential new digital channels for performance marketing expansion
