Requirements
- Proven background in authoring and evaluating comprehensive technical design documentation
- Capable of adjusting project strategies in alignment with direction from technical leads or project managers
- History of serving as a technical analyst on several major PeopleSoft implementations
- Demonstrated ability to architect, develop, and manage large-scale, highly available PeopleSoft Financial systems
- Familiarity with full-cycle ERP development processes
- Hands-on experience planning and executing PeopleSoft system upgrades, including Tools upgrades
- Track record of building custom solutions in close coordination with functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting core PeopleSoft technologies such as Application Engine, Application Designer, BI Publisher, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, Application Messaging, XML, and PL/SQL
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective project teams
- Experience using PeopleTools 8.53 or later to develop real-time and batch integrations via Integration Broker with both PeopleSoft and external systems
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving service requests efficiently across all testing phases: unit, system, integration, and user acceptance
- Minimum of 36 months of hands-on technical development experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2
- Experience collaborating with clients and technical personnel in complex, enterprise-level environments involving PeopleSoft and/or Maximo
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools 8.53, and/or Maximo 7.5 or newer versions
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal abilities across organizational levels
- In-depth support and development experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Procurement, eProcurement, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Inventory, Time and Labor
- Must exhibit sound judgment and a practical approach to software delivery that balances enterprise architecture, business limitations, and technical feasibility

- Prior experience in utility or energy sector organizations is advantageous
- Knowledge of computing platforms, operating systems, and software development methodologies
- Comprehensive involvement in all phases of documentation, planning, design, build, testing, and deployment for Maximo Asset Maintenance software
- Experience with Fluid User Interface development
- Consistent ability to meet technical team deadlines while remaining composed under pressure
- Strong history of collaborating with functional teams during interface development across design, build, and test stages
- Solid teamwork capabilities and a collaborative mindset when working with both technical and functional colleagues
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven success working effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams
