Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on development with complex modifications using PeopleTools and associated tools such as PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and COBOL on PeopleSoft version 9 or later
  • A minimum of five years of development experience working with PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Base Benefits, and Self Service
  • Proven track record building integrations and interfaces with third-party systems
  • Functional understanding of Oracle databases, with proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
  • Direct experience supporting and implementing PeopleSoft HR solutions
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude, with clear communication and sound judgment in evaluating data and information
  • Collaborative team orientation, actively working with others and incorporating diverse inputs to resolve issues
  • Customer-centric mindset—assessing decisions from the customer’s perspective, building lasting relationships, and designing processes with the end user in mind
  • High energy and motivation, capable of performing effectively in a fast-moving and evolving environment

  • Minimum 5 years of development experience with complex changes using PeopleTools and related technologies e.g. PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, COBOL) on PeopleSoft v9 or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of development experience with PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour, Base Benefits, Self Service)
  • Extensive experience developing interfaces to 3rd party systems
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL
  • PeopleSoft HR implementation and support experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to communicate in a clear manner and effectively evaluate information / data to make decisions
  • Team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes from the customer's viewpoint
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
