Responsibilities
- Oversee batch scheduling activities in PeopleSoft through to deployment, managing associated project tasks, goals, and timelines
- Guide decisions on PeopleSoft 9.2 features in alignment with client business operations
- Design, configure, and document business processes for newly implemented 9.2 capabilities
- Serve as a communication bridge between client business teams and technical resources
- Report progress to the Project Management Office and assist in preparing project-wide updates
- Estimate effort and impact for changes to business processes or new functional requirements
- Monitor, report, and record project risks, issues, scope changes, and key decisions
- Contribute research and insights to support project planning and decision-making
- Coordinate with software vendors to log and track defects in delivered features
- Support additional project activities as needed
- Analyze and document system configurations, particularly related to PeopleSoft 9.2 functions
- Lead test planning, including the development and review of test scenarios and scripts
- Conduct interface assessments, analyze findings, and document recommendations
- Lead testing efforts across multiple test phases
- Log, manage, and resolve identified issues throughout testing
- Support communication and change management initiatives with relevant inputs
- Analyze and contribute to the development of training materials
- Review and provide feedback on complex system enhancements
- Develop functional specifications in compliance with established standards
- Evaluate existing security roles and permissions in PeopleSoft, documenting changes or suggestions
- Assess batch job schedules and dependencies using AppWorx or similar tools, providing documentation and recommendations
- Examine workflow configurations in PeopleSoft and document proposed improvements
