Responsibilities
- Define and manage the strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement of human resources technologies and systems.
- Ensure high adoption rates, regulatory compliance, accurate data management, and streamlined processes across people platforms.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate HR workflows and improve tools used by employees.
- Develop and expand analytical capabilities to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and management.
- Create predictive models to forecast trends in employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, internal career progression, staffing needs, and labor-related risks.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical reports to support forward-looking workforce strategies.
- Own the development and integration of artificial intelligence across all stages of the employee journey.
- Deploy AI-powered tools to enhance employee support systems, service requests, self-service options, and operational workflows.
- Identify and execute process automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve employee experience.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business Operations to align and deliver key technology initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of major technology projects, from concept through deployment and user adoption.
- Guide stakeholders with evidence-based insights and demonstrated business impact.
