Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases by collaborating with HR partners and legal counsel to assess risks and shape investigation strategies.
- Perform interviews, document findings, and oversee resolution and closure of investigations.
- Maintain case records, generate progress reports, and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders while guiding disciplinary or corrective actions.
- Facilitate complex conversations involving performance, team interactions, and organizational culture with sensitivity and insight.
- Design and deliver training programs and policy materials on employee relations topics, and lead regular employee education sessions.
- Collaborate with HR teams to build data-informed tools that identify trends in employee relations and support leadership decisions.
- Work with HR and internal leaders to implement people-focused initiatives that foster a supportive and productive work environment.
- Support internal and external audits related to human resources policies and compliance requirements.

Compensation
