Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational design, including reporting structures and the creation of new departments as the company expands.
- Manage and refine the global job grading and pay structure to ensure fairness, transparency, and long-term consistency across locations.
- Develop systems for performance evaluations and support managers in delivering meaningful, actionable feedback.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze findings to uncover underlying trends and actionable insights for leadership.
- Strengthen the middle management tier by identifying development needs, building support systems, and improving feedback mechanisms.
- Proactively identify and resolve interpersonal and operational issues before they escalate, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders.
- Promote inclusion and connection within a remote, global workforce through intentional programming and team experiences.
- Oversee core HR operations including payroll, benefits, compliance, leave, and immigration support in North America.
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and separation processes.
- Facilitate the weekly global leadership meeting, including agenda planning, OKR tracking, and follow-up on commitments.
- Align HR policies and practices across international offices by collaborating with regional HR leads.
- Support recruitment efforts during high-growth periods, working closely with talent leadership on sourcing and hiring execution.
