Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a People Ops or HR Generalist role
  • Proven People Ops Foundation
  • The "Compliance & Systems" Mindset
  • Discretion & Detail
  • The Language Mix
  • Adaptability
  • Based in the Netherlands

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HiBob and Lattice
  • Speak Dutch, German, Italian, Danish, or Spanish
