Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for people operations inquiries through Jira, email, and other channels, meeting defined service level expectations.
- Deliver first-line support for employee questions, system usage, employment verifications, and initial employee relations concerns.
- Identify and escalate complex people-related issues requiring specialized knowledge or regional expertise to appropriate team members or partners.
- Manage onboarding processes in the HCM system, including data validation, coordination with applicant tracking systems, new hire communication, and orientation scheduling.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across the HCM platform and external tools such as payroll providers and global mobility systems.
- Set up job requisitions and positions in HCM, collaborating with business partners, finance, talent acquisition, and hiring managers as needed.
- Handle offboarding procedures, including HCM and third-party system updates, cross-department coordination, and communication with departing employees.
- Safeguard confidential employee data through appropriate handling and access controls.
- Support compliance efforts by preparing reports for benefits, government submissions, and other audit-related requests.
- Keep employee records organized, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
- Assist with key people team projects including compensation reviews, performance cycles, policy rollouts, and mandatory training programs.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Capable of interpreting and conveying HR concepts clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets functions such as filters, vLookup, and formulas is beneficial.
