Responsibilities
- Handle daily office operations, serving as the main contact for building management, maintenance issues, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Take part in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety-related activities, inspections, and documentation.
- Identify and manage third-party vendors for on-site services such as trades and security, coordinating with administrative staff when necessary.
- Assist with employee business travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and transportation, following company guidelines.
- Organize catering for meetings and events, and maintain fully supplied and orderly kitchen and office areas.
- Process employee expense claims and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
- Partner with leadership and finance teams to support budget planning, reporting, and other operational duties.
- Support onboarding logistics, including background checks, HR orientations, and coordination with IT for equipment setup.
- Plan and carry out programs and events that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding day-to-day operations and people-related processes.
- Collaborate with teams across 2K and T2 as required.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing studio shipments and deliveries.
