About the Role

The role involves managing day-to-day people operations in Poland, supporting employee lifecycle processes, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination by providing necessary HR data
  • Assist in managing employment contracts and legal compliance
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with managers on employee relations matters
  • Support performance review cycles and related administrative tasks
  • Track leave balances and manage time-off requests
  • Contribute to internal people communications and HR initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations
  • Work closely with international HR teams on global processes
  • Assist in implementing HR tools and systems improvements
  • Monitor and report on key people metrics and data
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts locally
  • Participate in audits and prepare required documentation
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs
  • Help organize company events and culture-building activities
  • Provide guidance on internal HR policies and processes
  • Assist with visa and work permit documentation for eligible employees
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Support change management initiatives within teams
  • Facilitate training logistics and participation tracking
  • Promote a positive employee experience across locations
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes
  • Act as a local point of contact for people-related matters

Nice to Have

  • Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • HR certification or ongoing professional development
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or Workday
  • Knowledge of agile or tech-driven work environments
  • Additional language skills beyond English and Polish
