Responsibilities

  • Deliver practical, forward-thinking People & Culture advice and guidance to people leaders.
  • Coach managers on a variety of employee relations matters.
  • Build strong relationships within the Auckland business portfolio.
  • Lead and own People & Culture projects and people-focused initiatives while managing a generalist portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to achieve the strategic goal of delivering an outstanding people experience.
