- Coach managers on a variety of employee relations matters.
- Build strong relationships within the Auckland business portfolio.
- Lead and own People & Culture projects and people-focused initiatives while managing a generalist portfolio.
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to achieve the strategic goal of delivering an outstanding people experience.
