Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing workforce and skills transformation initiatives, such as redesigning operating models, workforce planning, and organisational structures.
- Help develop career architectures, succession planning methods, and talent strategies that connect workforce capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Support the evaluation, deployment, and improvement of HR and workforce technologies like Workday, ensuring integration with people processes and user requirements.
- Identify workforce skill deficiencies and help shape strategies to meet evolving capability demands driven by automation, artificial intelligence, and digital change.
- Leverage data and analytical tools to derive insights on workforce trends, monitor performance metrics, and guide leadership decisions in areas like retention, diversity, and performance management.
- Assist in change initiatives including stakeholder outreach, communication planning, and adoption strategies to support new work practices.
- Participate in designing and leading leadership development and culture change programs that foster behavioural shifts and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Develop trusted relationships with client teams and collaborate across diverse, multidisciplinary groups to deliver impactful results.
