Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching by partnering directly with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver on the evolving needs and priorities of high-growth teams.
- Coach leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness, ensuring they are equipped to inspire, develop, and lead their teams to success.
- Be a proactive, data-driven advisor by initiating insight-driven conversations with Senior Leaders, leveraging people data to guide decisions on talent, performance, and engagement.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities in people data.
- Lead Talent & Development initiatives by driving thought-leadership and partnering closely with internal stakeholders on critical employee initiatives.
- Spearhead efforts in career development, talent development, employee engagement, and compensation.
- Ensure sales teams have clear paths to growth and are consistently motivated.
- Drive organisational design by collaborating with functional leaders on succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Ensure the organisation is built for sustainable future success.
- Serve as the initial point of contact within People & Culture for all employee relations issues.
- Provide timely and effective guidance on employee relations.
- Take the lead on special projects critical to the People & Culture team.
- Partner closely with Talent Partners on current and future resourcing needs to ensure full team coverage.
- Act as a vital link across the entire region, supporting the Head of People & Culture in all sales-related initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in The Netherlands and Belgium
- Significant time in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology (SaaS) company
- Proven expertise in strategically partnering with and supporting Sales organisations
- Understanding of the unique dynamics and talent needs of sales teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Demonstrable experience leading and contributing to large-scale, global, and complex HR projects that drive organisational change
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Track record of building instant credibility and trust with leaders
- Adept at navigating difficult conversations, providing direct feedback, and proactively challenging the status quo
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UK employment legislation and best practices
- Experience in complex employee relations matters
- Innovative, 'out-of-the-box' mindset
- Passion for leveraging metrics and insights to inform decisions and drive strategic conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
