Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners, including IT, to create and maintain technology solutions that improve delivery of people initiatives and increase operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning, experimentation design, and modeling approaches as a key decision-maker in shaping the future of HR systems.
- Detect deficiencies in existing data, tools, or procedures and lead efforts to resolve them systematically.
- Build and launch artificial intelligence-based applications and automated workflows to modernize essential HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee self-service, talent development, performance reviews, workforce planning, and document handling.
- Connect HR platforms with enterprise systems like Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Greenhouse to ensure reliable, scalable, and continuous data integration.
- Assess new technologies and advancements in AI and automation, applying them proactively to improve HR efficiency and innovation.
- Support HR staff and employees through training, documentation, and technical assistance to ensure effective use and adoption of HR technologies.
- Promote and exemplify core cultural values—customer focus, long-term thinking, inclusivity, growth mindset, and teamwork—during global expansion and organizational scaling.
