Responsibilities
- Planning, designing, and implementing complex IT infrastructures
- Overall technical responsibility for system architectures and integration projects
- Ensuring system performance, stability, high availability, and security
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues (3rd-level support)
- Close collaboration with architecture, development, and operations teams
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operations manuals, and guidelines
- Managing system migrations, rollouts, and integrations
- Supporting the implementation of security and compliance requirements
- Providing technical coaching to project and operations teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a PEGA Lead or Senior System Engineer
- Proven experience in leading technical implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of server, storage, network, and virtualization technologies (e.g., Linux, Windows, VMware)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift) and hybrid architectures
- Skills in automation, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
- Experience in performance analysis, monitoring, and tuning of complex systems
- Fluent German language skills
