Responsibilities
- Establish PCIe connections on newly designed hardware platforms
- Optimize PCIe configuration settings across root ports, switches, and endpoints
- Adjust Linux PCI driver code and manage virtual memory setup
- Implement AER and DPC mechanisms to enhance error detection and system recovery
- Create userspace applications that coordinate data flow between network ASICs, FPGAs, and PCIe switches
- Evaluate and record read and write throughput of PCIe hardware components
- Build automated validation tests in C, C++, and Python to verify feature correctness
