Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks with limited oversight
- Install hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and conduct minor repairs as needed
- Prepare workstations for employee use by setting up equipment, running system tests, and verifying proper cabling, operating systems, and software installation
- Manage desktop software imaging and deploy application updates using tools such as Ghost and Windows Group Policy
- Keep detailed logs of surplus and newly deployed computer systems
- Collaborate with IT team members to support and maintain Windows-based desktops and laptops
- Deliver high-quality technical support to both internal and external clients
- Document all hardware and software modifications to maintain accurate system histories
- Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management

$13-$16/hr
