Responsibilities
- Support Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities.
- Perform transactional data entry into systems.
- Review contracts identifying union benefits due.
- Accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity.
- Provide timely and accurate information.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality to process sensitive information.
- Ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s degree in related field.
- Prior union exposure.
- Previous payroll or accounting experience.
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
