Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HR, with specific expertise in the Netherlands
- In-depth understanding of local payroll and HR regulations and compliance policies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in local payroll software platforms
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience overseeing payroll technology systems and external payroll vendors
- Track record implementing new payroll setups on recognized industry platforms
- Professional background spanning multiple international jurisdictions
- Familiarity with various payroll processing technologies
