Responsibilities
- Works closely with Product Specialists to interpret local payroll regulations and convert them into technical requirements for building country-specific payroll systems.
- Trains the Product team on legal requirements and verifies accurate implementation by the Development team through testing procedures.
- Creates and updates legal documentation for reporting and system integrations, ensuring product adaptations meet evolving local compliance standards.
- Promotes ongoing compliance knowledge within the Product team by collaborating on newly introduced local regulatory requirements.
