Infojini is hiring a Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

Perform data input tasks related to payroll processing
Conduct daily reviews of HR-related employee changes, verifying new hires, terminations, pay rate updates, W-4 forms, and direct deposit information
Assess how personnel changes affect employee compensation and tax withholdings
Compute retroactive salary payments when required
Generate and upload electronic payment files to financial institutions
Manage and reconcile payroll journal entries
Respond to employee and client inquiries by resolving calls and support cases
Support end-of-year W-2 form preparation and distribution activities
Collaborate with timekeeping staff to review and document existing workflows
