Responsibilities
- Deliver support to staff regarding payroll inquiries
- Support audit processes for payroll operations in the United States and Canada
- Serve as alternate processor for U.S. and Canadian payroll cycles
- Maintain employee records by inputting and modifying personal and employment data
- Complete post-payroll reporting tasks
- Prepare and organize records to support audit requirements
Requirements
- Experience in payroll administration with exposure to timekeeping systems
- Strong numeric accuracy and keypad proficiency
- Background in handling accounting entries such as debits and credits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word applications
- Effective time organization and task prioritization abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and service skills when assisting employees
- Openness to acquiring new skills and accepting additional duties
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with UltiPro software is a plus
