Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, guiding payment-related projects from concept to completion.
- Contribute to robust program governance, effectively managing stakeholders and collaborating with initiative owners and Business Program Managers.
- Oversee project delivery, including monitoring, reporting, and adapting agile methodologies for efficient execution.
- Coordinate contributions from diverse teams to achieve end-to-end delivery of payment solutions.
- Proactively assess risks and manage issues, ensuring smooth program progression and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Handle capacity planning and resource management, optimizing team performance and project timelines.
- Assist with financial management, overseeing budgets and supporting the development of strong business cases for payment initiatives.
