Job Summary Operating under professional supervision, supports patients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, clothing management, and nutritional assistance. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Executes vital sign measurements, body metrics, patient intake/output with precision and within designated timeframes. -Completes all mandatory medical documentation. -Engages effectively with patients and their families. -Assists patients with fundamental personal care tasks. -Potentially involves bathing, clothing, toileting, and feeding assistance. -Supports patient mobility, including bed repositioning and wheelchair transfers. -Monitors and communicates patient health concerns to nursing staff. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
