Shape patient support programs in Taiwan by designing and managing initiatives that enhance care delivery and patient engagement. Work closely with advocacy organizations, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure services are responsive, compliant, and patient-centered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and oversee patient support programs and advocacy activities tailored to local needs.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with patient groups, providers, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet medical, legal, and regulatory standards in Taiwan, including safety reporting and governance protocols.
  • Manage vendor partnerships from selection through contract execution, performance tracking, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor program performance, control budgets, and report outcomes and risks to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advise and train internal teams on appropriate, compliant interactions with patients and patient organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years in patient support, patient engagement, or healthcare project management.
  • Proven experience collaborating with patient advocacy or community organizations.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan’s healthcare system and regulatory environment.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English for reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Experience

  • Advanced degree in public health, clinical sciences, or related area.
  • Background in pharmaceuticals or medical affairs.
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and safety reporting frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Ability to interpret program data and implement improvements.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for patient engagement and program monitoring.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model, combining office, remote, and field work. Regular travel across Taiwan is expected.
