Responsibilities
- Oversee program execution and risk management for international partnership initiatives, including contract standardization, commission reviews, and implementation of global tracking and automation systems
- Implement operational frameworks for strategic distribution and referral partnerships to increase adoption and referral volume
- Assess internal enablement needs for the partnerships team and collaborate with global and regional leads to design and deliver support plans
- Develop and manage a regional partner enablement model, leading training sessions with partner managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional directors and operations teams to achieve partner-driven revenue goals, focusing on new MRR, efficiency, and integration insights
- Establish standardized engagement protocols for top partners, including business review templates and pipeline management practices
- Adapt global reporting structures to reflect regional business units in international dashboards and tracking tools
- Ensure compliance with global contract and tiering standards, managing audits and exceptions across systems and SOPs
- Integrate global performance metrics and activity tracking for international partnership operations
- Partner with marketing leads to define best practices and ROI guidelines for Marketing Development Funds
- Test co-funded marketing initiatives with partners, including shared event costs and regional summits
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate expansion opportunities into new markets through reseller and expert partnerships
- Support the creation of business cases covering market prioritization, fiscal requirements, and financial sustainability
- Work with senior regional leadership on pilot programs with scalable potential, such as telco, big tech, and private equity partnerships
- Contribute to broader organizational goals beyond core responsibilities as needed
