Responsibilities
- Design and host webinars, CE-style trainings, and onboarding sessions for real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals
- Develop and maintain training decks and partner enablement materials
- Create repeatable and scalable onboarding programs for new partners
- Track attendance, engagement, and referral conversions to measure program success
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with leadership to produce targeted educational modules
- Develop consumer and partner-facing materials, including booklets, one-pagers, visual storyboards, and explainer decks
- Write scripts and outlines for educational videos, webinars, and online learning content
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align visuals, tone, and messaging
- Refresh and update materials to reflect product changes and market data
- Host recurring webinars for partners and prospective buyers
- Create specialized sessions for key audiences such as first-time homebuyers, cash-out participants, and investors
- Collect and analyze Q&A data to continuously refine training content and address common questions
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to embed educational flows into Cedar’s website and CRM
- Develop automated email sequences and digital onboarding journeys for new partners
- Track engagement metrics (attendance, open rates, video views) to identify high-performing content
- Support post-close educational initiatives for renewals, buyouts, and ongoing customer engagement
- Train internal sales and home advisor teams on updated materials and messaging
- Gather feedback from sales and partner interactions to improve training content and resources
- Ensure alignment between professional and consumer education for consistent communication across audiences
Team
Structure: The Partner Training & Education Coordinator bridges sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. The role reports to leadership and collaborates with internal sales, home advisor, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
