Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the product delivery roadmap for every active B2B partner, reviewed and adjusted quarterly in alignment with partner feedback, internal capacity, and prioritization from B2B intake council decisions
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure B2B-driven requests are properly defined, scoped, and integrated into backlog planning alongside other initiatives
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies and inform partners of roadmap progress, including product demonstrations and release updates when applicable
- Serve as the primary trainer for partners on product capabilities, ensuring key stakeholders are well-informed and supported
- Act as the main point of contact for partners on all product and delivery-related topics throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Support Business Development in co-leading Quarterly Business Reviews, covering performance metrics, roadmap direction, and commercial status
- Handle delivery or SLA escalations on behalf of partners, coordinating internal resolution and providing timely, transparent updates
- Develop in-depth knowledge of each partner’s market, competition, regulatory framework, and business model to guide meaningful roadmap discussions
- Lead onboarding for standard and low-complexity projects, ensuring smooth implementation and handover
- Maintain a clear collaboration boundary with Business Development: BD manages commercial terms and pipeline, while the PSM owns delivery execution and product interface
- Work alongside Technical Account Managers who manage technical setup and infrastructure, while jointly serving as primary technical support with liveops teams
- Mentor junior team members and assist in recruiting and onboarding new Partner Success Managers as the team expands
- Help refine and evolve operational standards for the PSM function, including templates for business cases, feature request formats, KPI frameworks, and contact guidelines
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between B2B and B2C intake teams, supporting balanced governance improvements that benefit both regional managers and B2B-focused staff
