Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key partner contacts
- Understand partner priorities, communication preferences, and strategic goals to guide partnership progress
- Lead structured discovery sessions to uncover partner objectives, obstacles, and success metrics
- Create and implement tailored success strategies that align with both partner and company goals
- Actively seek out opportunities for partnership expansion and value creation
- Partner with sales teams to support deal pipeline development and address potential non-renewals
- Manage and maintain accurate renewal forecasts for assigned accounts
- Monitor account health indicators, identify risks early, and develop action plans to address challenges
- Ensure forecasts reflect real-time data, product usage trends, and partner feedback
- Coordinate with internal departments to promote effective use of solutions and consistent engagement
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and marketing to ensure a unified partner journey
- Relay partner insights and requirements clearly to internal decision-makers
- Keep detailed records, meeting summaries, and system entries up to date
